· Good understanding of message driven architectures using technologies like RabbitMQ or Apache Kafka · Excellent knowledge of good code management practices like use of coding standards, branching, code reviews, etc. · Ability to partner and lead internal and external technology teams in solving complex business needs. · Excellent written and verbal communication, problem solving and time management skills to write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex system components · Experience in delivering projects as part of an agile team and exposure to DevOps teams, practices, and tools · Strong interpersonal and consultative skills with a strong desire to learn and drive skills to expert level in the domain
